Interim Reports

Believe it or not, we are already halfway through the second marking period.  Please look for interim reports to come home this week.  Please sign this and return the white copy.  You may keep the pink copy at home for your records.  I appreciate all the help and support you provide at home for the students.  Please remind your child to turn their homework in every morning into our “frog” bin.  Students normally get one reading or one math worksheet a night for homework in addition to 15 minutes of reading.  Thank you again for making sure your child is completing our nightly homework assignments.

The Book Fair is coming the week of November 2nd-9th.  Our day to go to the Book Fair is Monday November 5th during our Library time.  Students will be bringing a book order home advertising some of the books that will be featured.  If your child wishes to purchase a book, Monday is the day to send money in an envelope to school with them.

Price Reading Challenge

October 24th, 2007 by · No Comments · Uncategorized

The First graders have been challenged to read as many books as they can!  Please encourage your child to read at home every night.  If they read a book, or a book is read to them, they can add that to their Price Reading Challenge gameboard at school.  Please remind them to keep up with the challenge and continue to add their books to their gameboard!
